FTP Client Configuration
Many Visionary Services hosting plans include one or more FTP accounts. Configuring your FTP account to work in WinSCP or FileZilla is a matter of completing a few quick steps. Please make sure you have your FTP username and password available before continuing. Other FTP clients may use a similar process – check with Visionary Services for more details.
Visionary Services offers custom technical support to our email hosting clients. If you would like one of our experienced technicians to visit your location and install your email address on your device(s), please contact our support team through our online website: Contact Visionary Services.
First, you will need to install an FTP client. We recommend WinSCP or FileZilla. Note: both WinSCP and FileZilla are free FTP clients.
