Visionary Services, Inc. developed a custom mobile website for Iowa Realty. The wireless application allows users to quickly search for property listings using their mobile phone. The site launched six months ago and continues to grow in popularity with both homebuyers and realtors. The site averaged over 17,000 visits in May, nearly doubling the number of visits since February.
In addition to offering a streamlined property search, the mobile site provides a robust detail listing page. The detail listing page results include photos, map of property location, and contact links for both the realtor and mortgage consultant associated with the listing.
Users can also view open houses, making it especially helpful for prospective homebuyers to plan which homes to visit. When on your mobile phone, simply go to http://iowarealty.com and it should automatically redirect you to http://m.iowarealty.com.
